The Adams Apartments offers some of the most affordable rental rates in the downtown area. There are 75 efficiency apartments with a wide variety of floor plans. All apartments have a complete kitchen and bathroom and generous closet space. There is a reserved parking lot located in the rear of the building and a central laundry room. The Adams has 24 hour maintenance and an on-site caretaker to keep the common areas neat and clean for your enjoyment. To qualify to live at the Adams you must meet certain income guidelines.
